Great stay. Very comfortable bed; great sized room; nice, HOT water for the shower with a nice heavy water stream. The breakfast was great. My only (very minor) comment is that breakfast is 7 to 10 am, but we didn’t know that during the week it was only til 9. After loading our car to leave, we went inside for a nice breakfast at 930 only to find everything cleaned out. The staff was so nice, though, and quickly made a fresh pot of coffee for us! All in all it was a wonderful stay.

We loved the trundle bed couch for our toddler who rolls non-stop. It worked really well for her! We also loved the heated pool (worked great to get toddler energy out when it was chilly outside). Location was great, central to shopping/entertainment/food. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

We stayed here for the purpose of going to a concert at PNC Music Pavilion. It was super convenient to the venue. We also liked that it is close to Concord Mills, UNC Charlotte and an easy drive to uptown Charlotte. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean.

The staff was awesome. Loved the heated pool. The location was really good, right next ro the mall. I loved that it was non smoking, but had the benches outside for smokers. I could enjoy the morning breeze with a cup of coffee & vape or smoke..& did not have to smell it in the room or hotel.

The hotel is clean, modern, and the staff was welcoming and friendly. It’s got shopping and great restaurants all around it, so the location was perfect.

We were pleasantly surprised how spacious the king suite was. And the sleep sofa was very comfortable for my Mom.
